Personal data
Privacy
We collect strictly what is needed to carry out a ride, and nothing more. This site has no advertising trackers and no audience-measurement cookies.
This is a courtesy translation. Only the French version of these legal terms is legally binding.
What we collect, and why
- When you book
- Your name, phone number, pick-up and drop-off addresses, the requested date and the number of passengers. This information is essential to come and get you and to reach you if something comes up. It is passed to the driver who performs the ride.
- Your flight or train number, if you provide it
- This field is optional: a booking succeeds without it. When provided, it serves only to let the driver check your real time before leaving and adjust the pick-up time, for a delay as well as an early arrival. It is passed to the driver alone, is shared with no airline or rail company, and is kept then deleted with the rest of your booking.
- For a simple estimate
- Nothing that identifies you. Computing a price records the route and the fare parameters so the announced amount can be justified, with no name or phone number. A technical reference number is the only possible link between this log and a booking.
- Technical logs
- Like any site, the server temporarily records connection information needed for its security and proper operation.
How long
- Price log — 24 months. This period matches the two-year limitation in consumer law: it lets a price be justified if you dispute it.
- Booking data — kept for the time needed to carry out the ride and handle any complaint, then deleted.
Who has access
The operator and the driver assigned to your ride. No data is sold, rented, or passed on for advertising purposes.
Technical providers help run the service: a mapping and routing provider, a messaging service to send the ride to the driver, and the site host. They do not use your data on their own account.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection over your data. To exercise it, write to [email protected], stating your request.
If the reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), the French supervisory authority.
