Airport arrival
Find your driver,
stress-free on arrival.
Off the plane, you scan around without knowing where to go. Here is exactly how the pick-up works with us at Roissy-CDG and Orly — so you know what to do before you’ve even collected your bags.
Book my arrivalHow we meet, step by step
The rule is simple: the driver comes to you, at the “Arrivals” level of your terminal. No parking to find, no queue to join.
- 1. Before landing
- The driver tracks your flight if you gave the number, and sets departure to the real time.
- 2. On landing
- Collect your bags and keep your phone on: that’s how we reach you.
- 3. At Arrivals
- You receive the exact meeting point; the driver comes to you — nothing to search for.
The “flight number” field is optional when booking, but it’s what lets the driver adapt to a delay or an early arrival. Fill it in for any airport arrival.
At Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle
CDG has several terminals — 1, 2A to 2G, 3 — spread across a vast site. Give your terminal when booking: pick-up is at the matching “Arrivals” level, as close as possible to your exit. If you land at terminal 1 or 3, say so, as the meeting points there are separate from the hub 2.
Don’t know your terminal yet? That’s not a blocker: give your flight number, it determines the arrival terminal.
At Orly
Orly is organised into four halls — Orly 1, 2, 3 and 4 — linked together. As at CDG, give your arrival hall or your flight number; the driver takes position at the “Arrivals” level of the right hall and meets you there once you have your bags.
Delayed flight, early flight
A delay isn’t a problem if it’s known. With your flight number, the driver checks the real time before leaving Paris and sets departure to it — nothing for you to do. Without a flight number, a quick call as soon as you land is enough: we adjust the pick-up.
The price, though, doesn’t change: for an airport flat fare, the price is fixed in advance and traffic doesn’t change it. See the CDG flat fare and the Orly flat fare.
If you can’t find the driver
It rarely happens, and the steps are always the same: stay where you are and call us. It’s the driver who comes to you, not the other way round.
Operations number: 07 83 80 85 49. It also appears in your booking confirmation message.
Frequently asked questions
- Where exactly does the driver wait for me on arrival?
- At the “Arrivals” level of your terminal, once you’ve collected your bags. As soon as they’re in position, you receive a message with the exact meeting point; they call you or send an SMS if needed. No need to search the whole airport.
- Do I need to give my flight number for an airport pick-up?
- It’s not required, but strongly recommended for an arrival. With your flight number, the driver checks your real landing time before leaving: they adjust their presence if the plane is delayed or early, without you having to notify us.
- My plane landed early, will the driver already be there?
- If you gave your flight number, the driver sees the early arrival and adjusts. Without a flight number, call us as soon as you land: we bring the pick-up forward as much as possible.
- How long does the driver wait for free on arrival?
- Time to collect your bags and clear controls is allowed for: the driver tracks your flight and takes position at the right moment. Extended waiting beyond that falls under regulated waiting time, at the official hourly rate — never a surprise, always announced.
- I can’t see the driver, what should I do on arrival?
- Call the number in your confirmation, or the operations number. Stay at your arrival point: the driver comes to you. Don’t leave the terminal without reaching us.
Book
Book your arrival by giving the terminal or the flight number: the driver will know exactly where and when to wait for you.
