We serve all terminals: 1, 2A to 2G, 3, as well as the TGV station and RoissyPôle. Give your terminal when booking — drop-off is as close as possible to your check-in gate, and pick-up at the matching “Arrivals” level.
For a departure, allow plenty of time: security checks at terminals 2E and 2F are the longest during the morning rush.

- Is the CDG flat fare really guaranteed, even in traffic jams?
- Yes. The airport flat fare is a regulated price: €56 right bank, €65 left bank. It depends neither on the trip duration nor the distance covered. A jam on the A1 does not change the price shown at departure.
- How do I know if I’m right bank or left bank?
- The left bank, for the flat fare, means the 5th, 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th and 15th arrondissements. All other Paris arrondissements are right bank. It’s the Paris address that decides, not the direction of travel.
- Does the flat fare apply from Créteil or Bondy?
- No. The airport flat fare only concerns central Paris. From Créteil, Bondy or any other inner-suburb commune, the ride is charged on the meter, at the regulated rate.
- What happens if my flight is delayed, on the CDG side?
- Let us know: the pick-up is shifted. The flat fare stays the same; only any waiting time on site is charged at the regulated hourly rate.
